Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping quantum computing and biotech integration solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on disruption risks/opportunities
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies and speculative design
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable 5+ year horizon planning impact
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, bio, neuro, AI)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience leading cross-continental teams with agile/scrum certifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 implemented innovations with measurable societal impact
