- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to global implementation
- Certification in AI governance and ethical technology frameworks
