Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Coordinate with global academic partners on collaborative research projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products or frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech/future studies journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience securing funding for experimental technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
