- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-generation product roadmaps aligned with 10-year vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry pioneers, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 firms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven experience translating futuristic concepts into commercial products/services
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: Generative AI, synthetic biology, AR/VR, quantum computing
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
