Responsibilities

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into business strategies
- Experience with futures research tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
