Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI-driven solutions.
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic product concepts.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and robustness for enterprise-grade applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a senior role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-ready AI systems.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
