Role Overview:
As a Future AI Architect, you will design scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our platforms are ready for the demands of the 2026 era and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead Research Implementation: Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and deployable models.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI bias mitigation and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
