Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist visitors with warm, efficient check-in procedures
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and executive calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions with new hire onboarding paperwork
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and ambiance
- Assist with light administrative duties including document preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced corporate environment
