- Perform accurate data entry for client records, inventory updates, and CRM systems
- Coordinate meeting schedules and room reservations using digital calendars
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement processes
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and filing systems
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage shipping logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in data entry with proven typing speed (45+ WPM) and accuracy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
