Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices accurately
- Support office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate training schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
