Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate databases through efficient data entry and system updates
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Implement filing systems for both digital and physical records ensuring compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in administrative support with data entry focus

- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98%+ accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
