Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendar systems
- Perform light administrative tasks (filing, data entry, report preparation)
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with event coordination and meeting preparations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support cross-departmental communication and task delegation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
