Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with general office administration and data entry as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
