Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and routing
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate mail distribution and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain electronic calendars and schedule meetings for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and manage shipping logistics
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with team on office events and administrative projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations

- Valid California driver's license preferred
