Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Screen and direct incoming emails and correspondence promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
