Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with care and efficiency.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining the company database.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare conference rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, busy office setting.
