Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all correspondence
- Assist with vendor coordination, supply inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding and employee inquiries
- Execute confidential document handling and sensitive information management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
