Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages and transferring as needed.
- Update and maintain company databases and filing systems using industry-standard software.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal correspondence and memos.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and couriers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
