Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a professional and welcoming demeanor, greeting visitors and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy in all digital records and filing systems.
- Assist with administrative projects, including document formatting, scanning, and email management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and internal contact lists using CRM software.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendar appointments for executive leadership.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications with a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
