Key Responsibilities:
As the face of our company, you will manage front-desk operations and ensure data integrity across our systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Sort and distribute mail, manage the company calendar, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, such as ordering supplies and processing expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proven data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and typing speed (45+ WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
