Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greet visitors warmly, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 99% accuracy in all digital records.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.
- Prepare internal memos, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in receptionist duties and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
