Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meeting logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management

Qualifications
