Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, sorting mail, and managing office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Support office events and coordinate catering/refreshments for meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure digital records are up-to-date
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
