Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route communications to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and conference rooms
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Support office operations through scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
