Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet and assist all visitors promptly, ensuring seamless check-in processes
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and maintain executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
