Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain conference room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement processes
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Oversee visitor badge issuance and security protocols adherence
- Collaborate with HR and department heads for onboarding logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with phone systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco) and scheduling software
