Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate complex multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Schedule and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire orientation
- Support administrative tasks like document preparation and filing
- Maintain secure visitor log and building access protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
