Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate office schedules, appointments, and meeting room reservations
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes as required
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Support administrative staff with overflow tasks and special projects
- Uphold company policies and maintain a secure, organized reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
