- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet and assist visitors with professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate mail, shipping, and office supply inventory management
- Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars using Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage document filing
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
