Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and generate routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management, office supply ordering, and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately while serving as the first point of contact for our front desk.
- Support HR initiatives, including new hire onboarding and document processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree or administrative certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
