Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings and calendar management for senior staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with data entry and inventory management.
- Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Order and restock office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certificate is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
