Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume patient and client data into electronic health records (EHR) and company databases using MS Excel and specialized software.
- Manage the main reception desk, including answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, invoices, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing payments and expense reports.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, manage calendars, and arrange travel accommodations when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area to enhance the visitor experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in data entry, administrative support, or a receptionist role.
- Must type 40+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (less than 3% error rate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup suitable for remote data entry tasks.
