Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and orientation schedules
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives and staff members
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to data accuracy and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or office support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Doodle) and office management software
