Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of equipment
- Handle confidential data entry, record-keeping, and document management systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and meeting logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
