Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk: Greet visitors warmly, answer incoming calls professionally, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process packages, and manage office inventory.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain customer databases and internal records using MS Office Suite.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Vendor Liaison: Assist in ordering supplies and communicating with service providers (e.g., maintenance, IT).
- General Support: Assist other administrative staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Specialist, or in an Office Support role (1+ years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Interpersonal: Friendly, approachable, and able to interact with clients and colleagues of all levels.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
