Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support daily office functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
