Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior receptionist experience required; we train!
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
