Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism

- Handle calendar scheduling for 15+ executives
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
