Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
