Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our company, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow for our employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently to the appropriate department.
- Manage the reception area, including sorting mail, managing packages, and handling deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and manage office supply inventory.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required (Entry Level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
