Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Answer multi-line phone system with exceptional etiquette
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar systems
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation

- Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
