Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional hospitality protocols
- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
- Support HR onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Execute office-wide event coordination and vendor management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume reception or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance with polished business etiquette
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
