Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening calls, and routing inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors, manage appointment schedules, and process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate office logistics, including conference room bookings, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and digital filing systems
- Support HR functions including onboarding coordination, benefits enrollment assistance, and employee records management
- Collaborate with department heads to prioritize tasks and maintain operational efficiency
- Uphold company standards through professional communication and adherence to confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office management software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure during peak business hours
- Flexibility to work alternative schedules (e.g., early mornings or late evenings as needed)
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in office administration preferred
