Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar coordination and meeting logistics
- Screen and route 50+ daily calls across 5 departments
- Process visitor intake and security badge management
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain digital filing systems and document protocols
- Lead office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support cross-departmental event coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance with polished business etiquette
- Ability to manage competing priorities with composure

- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
