Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 100+ daily calls
- Greet VIP clients and coordinate executive meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate conference room bookings and virtual event support
- Maintain visitor sign-in system and issue security badges
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for executives
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion with confidential information and executive communications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
