Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and screening protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements across departments
- Greet/escort clients and visitors with polished professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Support office operations including equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
- Manage visitor access security procedures and visitor badge system
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and travel arrangements
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or front desk experience in professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion handling confidential information in executive environments
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
