Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, screening and routing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics for 15+ department heads
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with 100% accuracy
- Greet and assist 50+ daily visitors with professional demeanor
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or administrative support experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive environments
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) a plus
