Responsibilities
- Manage professional greeting and screening of all visitors/clients in a corporate setting
- Handle multi-line phone system with precision and courtesy, transferring calls to appropriate executives
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain immaculate reception area and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with executive assistants on confidential projects and communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in executive-level reception or administrative support
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
