Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Oversee visitor badge system and lobby presentation
- Assist with vendor relations and supply inventory
- Support HR onboarding paperwork processing
- Maintain reception area standards and floral arrangements
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate reception experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- CRM system knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Professional business appearance
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid NC driver's license
