- Manage multi-line phone system with 100+ daily calls, including screening and routing to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen all visitors with professional etiquette, ensuring proper security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office supply inventory, mail processing, and vendor communications
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist with document preparation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and managing office events
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or administrative experience in corporate setting
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
